Reset Window Layouts Foundation

This command resets all window layouts back to their installation defaults. Any changes that were made to the window arrangement in any of the window layouts are overwritten.

If a user-specific window layout is active for the current project, the user-specific window layout is deleted and the installation defaults are activated instead.
