Activate Window Layout Foundation

The list of the installed window layouts is displayed in a sub-menu which is opened by this menu item. The items in this list can be used to activate different window layouts than the one that is currently active. Once a layout is activated, it remains active until the Workbench switches into an operation mode which activates a different layout (for example, by beginning a debugging session), or until another layout is activated.
