Method XbpDialog():hasMenuBar() Foundation
Specifies whether the XbpDialog object has a menu bar.
:hasMenuBar() --> lHasMenuBar
This method returns the value .T. (true) if the XbpDialog window has a menu bar object assigned, otherwise .F. (false) is returned.
