Enables the Transaction Tracking System (TTS)

Syntax
NnetEnTTS( [<cFileServer|nConnectID>] ;  // Default: NnetSname()
         ) --> lSuccess
Return

Returns .T. if the TTS is enabled successfully on the specified file server.
