Disables the Transaction Tracking System (TTS)

Syntax
NnetDisTTS( [<cFileServer|nConnectID>] ;  // Default: NnetSname()
          ) --> lTTS_IsDisabled
Return

Returns .T. if the TTS is disabled successfully on the specified file server.
