Function NnetIsTTS() Foundation

Checks whether the Transaction Tracking System is available and/or active.

Syntax
NnetIsTTS( [<lIsActive>]             , ;  // Default: .F.
           [<cFileServer|nConnectID>]  ;  // Default: NnetSname()
         ) --> lIsAvailable
Return

Returns .T. if the TTS is active (<lIsActive> = .T.) or available (<lIsActive> = .F.).
