Function NnetCoPriv() Foundation

Checks whether a user has server console privileges.

Syntax
NnetCoPriv() --> lUserHasConsolePrivileges
Description

Remote access to the file server console requires special privileges. Whether or not a user has these privileges is checked with NnetCoPriv(). Note that supervisory rights include this already.
