Determines the storage space available for a particular user.

Syntax
NnetUsrFre( [<cUserName>] ;  // Default: Current user
          ) --> nKiloBytesFree
Return

Returns a numeric value which indicates the free storage space for a particular user on the default server in kilobytes.
