Function WRow() Foundation

Returns the top row position of the active window.

Syntax
WRow( [<lAssumeWCenter>] ;  // Default: .F.
    ) --> nTopRow
Return

WRow() returns the top row position of the active window. If .T. is passed the result is the screen row of a centered window.
