Function WMode() Foundation

Determines on which side windows may be moved outside the screen.

Syntax
WMode( <lTop>   , ;
       <lLeft>  , ;
       <lBottom>, ;
       <lRight>   ;
     ) --> nErrorCode
Return

WMode() returns -1 in case of an error, 0 otherwise.
