Function Com_SFlush() Foundation

Flushes the transmit queue of a specific COM port.

Syntax
Com_SFlush( <nComPortNum> ;
          ) --> lFlushed
Return

Returns .T. if transmit queue could be flushed (deleted) or .F. otherwise.
