Function Com_SCount() Foundation

Retrieves the number of bytes stored in the transmit buffer.

Syntax
Com_SCount( <nComPortNum> ;
          ) --> nBytesToSend
Return

Returns the number of bytes in the transmit buffer of the physical device driver for the specified COM Port or -1 if an error occured.
