Sets the default color attribute for clearing the screen.

Syntax
SetClearA( [<cClearAttr|nClearAttr>] ;  // Type: CN   Default: "W/N"
         ) --> cNullString
Description

The default color attribute may be specified either as a color string (like "N/W") or as a numeric color value.
