Function NnetScnBin() Foundation
Scans the bindery for objects.
NnetScnBin( <cScanObjectName> , ;
<@nObjectType> , ;
<@nObjectID> , ;
[<@nObjectFlag>] , ;
[<@nObjectSecurity>] , ;
[<@lObjectHasProperty>] , ;
[<cFileServer|nConnectID>] ; // Default: NnetSname()
) --> cObjectNameFound
Returns the name of the found object or a null string when no object is found.
The function is used to search the bindery for objects whose names match the search condition <cScanObjectName>. This is a string which may contain wildcard characters like "*" or "?". Multiple objects with matching names are found using subsequent calls to NnetScnBin().
<nObjectType>
This parameter specifies the type of the object to search for. Use OBJ_WILD to search for any type or another constant from XBTNETW.CH to specify a particular type. If <nObjectType> is passed by reference it contains the type of the object actually found when the function returns.
<nObjectID>
This parameter specifies the first object ID where to start the search from. It is of interest for subsequent calls to NnetScnBin() only and must be passed by reference in order to find multiple objects matching the search string. Pass -1 for the first call. When the function returns <nObjectID> contains the ID of the found object.
<@nObjectFlag>
This parameter is of interest only when NnetScnBin() has returned. If passed by reference <nObjectFlag> indicates whether the found object is a static (0) or dynamic object (1).
<@nObjectSecurity>
This parameter is of interest only when NnetScnBin() has returned. If passed by reference <nObjectSecurity> contains the security of the found object (refer to NnetObjSec() for security).
<@lObjectHasProperties>
This parameter is of interest only when NnetScnBin() has returned. If passed by reference the value .T. signals the existence of properties for the found object.
