Function NnetPStart() Foundation

Starts a printer after it has been stopped using NnetPStop().

Syntax
NnetPStart( <cPrintServerName>        , ;
            <nPrinterNumber>          , ;
            [<cFileServer|nConnectID>]  ;  // Default: NnetSname()
          ) --> lSuccess
Return

Returns .T. if the printer <nPrinterNumber> is started.
