Deletes a job configuration record from PRINTCON.DAT

Syntax

           [<cUserName>]             , ;  // Default: Current user
           [<cFileServer|nConnectID>]  ;  // Default: NnetSname()
         ) --> lSuccess
Return

Returns .T. if the job configuration record <cJobRecordName> is deleted sucessfully.
