Retrieves or sets the default job configuration record.

Syntax
NnetPjDef( [<cDefaultJobRecord>]     , ;  // Type:  C
           [<cUserName>]             , ;  // Default: Current user
           [<cFileServer|nConnectID>]  ;  // Default: NnetSname()
         ) --> cDefaultJobRecord
Return

Returns a string with the name of the default job configuration record for the user <cUserName>.
