Retrieves the page width of a defined form (Characters Per Line)

Syntax
NnetPFwdth( <cFormName>               , ;
            [<cFileServer|nConnectID>]  ;  // Default: NnetSname()
          ) --> nCharactersPerLine
Return

Returns a numeric value which indicates the number of characters per line for the defined form <cFormName>, or -1 in case of an error.
