Function NnetBinCl() Foundation
Closes the bindery.
NnetBinCl( [<cFileServer|nConnectID>] ; // Default: NnetSname()
) --> lSuccess
In order to close the bindery successfully the user must be a supervisor or must have supervisory rights. Closing the bindery is usually only required for backup purposes. After closing the bindery NnetBinOp() must be called for most other network functions to work again.
