Function IsMCGA() Foundation
Checks whether a MCGA graphics card can be emulated.
Syntax
IsMCGA() --> lMCGA_ExistsDescription
By default the function checks whether the MCGA graphics mode can be emulated. Note that IsMCGA() ignores any parameter passed which is different from its CA-Tools III complement.
