Function IsHercules() Foundation
Checks whether a Hercules graphics card can be emulated.
Syntax
IsHercules() --> lHercules_ExistsDescription
The function checks whether the Hercules graphics mode can be emulated. Note that IsHercules() ignores any parameter passed which is different from its CA-Tools III complement.
