Function IsEGA() Foundation
Checks whether an EGA graphics card can be emulated.
Syntax
IsEGA() --> lEGA_ExistsDescription
The function checks whether the EGA graphics mode can be emulated. Note that IsEGA() ignores any parameter passed which is different from its CA-Tools III complement.
