Function IsCga() Foundation

Checks whether a CGA graphics card can be emulated.

Syntax
IsCga() --> lCGA_Exists
Description

The function checks whether the CGA graphics mode can be emulated. Note that IsCGA() ignores any parameter passed which is different from its CA-Tools III complement.
