Function Com_DTR() Foundation

Sets or retrieves the Data Terminal Ready state.

Syntax
Com_DTR( <nComPortNum>   , ;
         [<lNewDTRState>]  ;
       ) --> lOld_DTR_State
Return

Com_DTR() returns the DTR state that was current before the function was called.
