Tlb2Ch.exe is a tool to create a header file useful when using COM/ActiveX components with Xbase++.
Each COM/ActiveX component comes with a typelibrary which, among other information, contain the names of constants and their values. After generating a header file from an COM/ActiveX component, that file in turn can be included in a PRG source file in.
