Determines the XbpHelp object that manages the online help display.

Description
An XbpHelpLabel object must use an XbpHelp object to activate and manage the online help display. If an XbpHelp object is not assigned to the :helpObject instance variable, the help request is sent on to the parent of the Xbase Part and its :helpLink is used to respond to the help request.
