Method XbpHTMLWindow():getNoIVar() Foundation

Retrieves an HTML element given its identifier.

:getNoIVar( <cElementIdAsId> ) --> oElem
A character string with the id of the element.

An XbpHTMLElement() which represents the specified HTML element. If no element is found, return is NIL.

The method :getNoIVar() returns an HTML element with an identifier coded as an instance variable name. This allows for a much more natural way of addressing HTML elements than using :childFromId().

This form of address works for all HTML elements with identifiers which are legal as instance variable names, and which are not already defined in the XbpHTMLWindow class.
