Event XbpHTMLWindow():dragEnter Foundation
Item has been dragged over a drop zone.
Description
The xbeP_DragEnter event normally notifies an application that an item has been dragged over an Xbase Part designated as a drop zone. When using the XbpHTMLWindow class, however, the xbeP_DragEnter event is not generated.
Instead, whether the instance accepts dropping items and which behavior is triggered when doing so, if any, is determined by the HTML page/content that is loaded into the XbpHTMLWindow object.
