Command line Parameters for the target can be entered into this dialog. They are passed to the target when it is executed or debugged from the Run menu.
When the target is a DLL, the Host Application using the DLL must be specified. This is the EXE that is launched from the Run menu instead of the target DLL.
When the target is a web site project, the Index Page of the website must be specified. This page is loaded into the web browser when the project is executed from the Run menu. The index page usually contains a menu or link list for navigating to the individual pages contained in the website.
