Function DirChange() Foundation
Changes the current directory.
Syntax
DirChange( <cDirectory> ;
) --> nErrorCodeReturn
Possible return values correspond to #define constants found in XBTSYS.CH
Return values of DirChange()

| NO_DISK_ERR | Directory was changed successfully |
| ER_PATH_NOT_FOUND | Invalid path was specified |
| ER_ACCESS_DENIED | Access denied |
